How can I track my paint order?
We recommend that you always provide a phone number and email address when placing your paint order. This way, you will receive an email from the transport company with a track and trace link to follow your order. We usually deliver within one working day in the country, however, no rights can be derived from this as we have no control over the transport.

How do I know how much paint I need?
For each type of paint, we indicate the coverage per layer so you can easily calculate the amount of liters required for your square meterage. Unsure? Our resellers are more than happy to assist you. How long does the paint last?
We do not use preservatives in our paint, so it’s crucial that the paint is applied as soon as possible. The paint should be stored in a dark, dry, and frost-free environment.

How long do I have to wait for my order?
When you place a paint order before 1:00 PM, we aim to ship the order (provided it’s in stock) on the same day. If everything goes as planned, you should receive your order on the next business day! When you place a furniture order, after making a 50% down payment, you will receive the order within 10-12 weeks (provided the fabric is in stock). For delivery, we will send an invoice for the remaining amount. Once this is paid, your order will be picked up for transport.

I have a complaint. Where can I go?
We kindly request that you always reach out to the reseller where the purchase was made. We strive to deliver every paint can and piece of furniture flawlessly. Despite our meticulous final inspection and usage instructions, there may unfortunately be an occasional issue with an order. The reseller where the purchase was made will handle your inquiries or complaints, and if necessary, they will contact us. We will then discuss and resolve any questions or complaints with the reseller.

Can I exchange or return my order after delivery?
We do not keep furniture or paint colors in stock. All furniture and paint colors are custom-made and produced by us upon order. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange or return these goods.

I believe the paint color is incorrect, what now?
It’s possible that you may perceive a color to be different than expected. It’s a known fact that colors can appear drastically different under the influence of daylight. Therefore, we always recommend ordering a color tester first. If you have doubts, please reach out to the reseller from whom you purchased your paint. The reseller who made the sale will handle your inquiries or complaints and, if necessary, will get in touch with us. We will then discuss and resolve the issues with the reseller. We keep a wet sample of every order. If the color truly deviates, we will send new paint. Please note, we do not cover costs such as painters, etc.
